JHA Clients Only Portal

The Clients Only Portal was created as a virtual doorway into an area of Jack Henry’s website.  You can view news, downloads, and announcements on the portal.  But perhaps the best feature is the case management link to jSource.  This section summarizes recent support cases by your bank. By clicking the case number you can view details and the status of the case.  In addition to the case summary, you can create a new support call by clicking  Create New Case which will take you to opening a new case.  This method is much easier than placing a call by phone.  If you have not signed up for this great feature yet, your bank’s main contact with Jack Henry will need to request it.
